Saki Marie was born in a hospital to two parents on a specific date. Their father had a job, and their mother stayed home with the kids. When Saki was 11, they began jumping rope competitively and earned national rankings for speed and freestyle events. Upon graduation from high school, Saki attended Ball State University to study theatre and French. They spent their last semester abroad in Rennes, France. Upon graduating from Ball State, they accepted a commission in the United States Army. They served as a communications officer until being discharged for disability in 2013. Since then, Saki has focused more on creating and providing opportunities for creatives. In 2017, unsatisfied with their understanding of Shakespeare and traditional acting techniques, they traveled abroad again to study at the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, UK. Saki now resides in the Research Triangle, NC and is represented by KU Talent. Hide
